What are the timings for the British Museum tour?

We meet together outside the Museum at the Montague Place entrance at 10.30am and the tour finishes at 4pm. Included within the tour is a break for lunch from 12.30pm-1pm and another mid-afternoon break from 2.30pm-2.50pm.
Do I need to book entry to the British Museum?

No. We have a group reservation booking to enter together at 10.30am from the Montague Place entrance at the back of the museum. Please make sure you are on time to come in with the group.
How can we find you if we are late or need to take a break during the tour?

We will be following a set itinerary, which will be emailed to you upon booking. So if you arrive late, please catch up to us in the Assyria section or the other locations as listed.
Where is the meeting point?

We meet at the back entrance of the British Museum on Montague Place, where those with a group booking can enter. Please do not join the queue but find us at the main door.
What is your refund policy?

You can cancel up to 48 hours beforehand and receive a refund.
Are children able to come on the tour?

The tour would be suitable for teenagers, especially if they share an interest in the Bible.
Where can we eat?

The British Museum has a cafe in the Great Courtyard, along with plenty of seating.
What should we bring?

I would encourage you to travel light, as we will be on our feet for a significant time. There is a cloakroom where you can leave items for a fee, providing they are less than 8kg (see here for more information https://www.britishmuseum.org/visit#facilities) You may want to bring a Bible with you, as we will be exploring links with many passages, but this is not essential.
Are we able to sit down during the tour?

There are a few places to sit in the latter part of the tour. I can provide portable camping chairs on request for those who might find standing difficult. Please contact me at least 24 hours beforehand to let me know if you need one.
